Who Can Apply?

Our social placement program is open to minority professional women:

  • Minority women legally residing in the Netherlands, eligible for official employment and holding a higher education degree.
  • Minority women looking to transition into new fields or seeking to enhance their skills and gain work experience.
  • Proficient in English at a professional level; knowledge of the Dutch language for communication is advantageous.
  • Analytical thinkers with strong teamwork skills, capable of working in a multicultural environment.
  • Minority women who share Dutch values and aspire to develop in their fields.
