About Us
The Place For Her (PFH) project is dedicated to uplifting and advocating for professional underrepresented minority women. This initiative, led with pride by minority women, is a beacon of empowerment within the Dutch labor market, emphasizing the importance of inclusion and diversity. Our mission is to amplify the voices of women striving for change and to provide them with the essential tools, resources...
Our initiative focuses on empowering minority female professionals through:
Hands-on experience in Dutch companies across various industries, allowing them to apply their skills in practical settings and gain insight into local business practices.
Tailored training sessions aimed at improving technical, language, and leadership skills help women sharpen their abilities and enhance their competitiveness in the job market.
Each participant is paired with a mentor who provides guidance throughout the internship, assisting with navigating workplace culture, building confidence, and setting career goals.
Our program connects professional minority women with Dutch professionals and business leaders, helping them expand their networks and create meaningful connections that can lead to long-term employment.
We recognize the unique and complex challenges underserved minority women encounter when entering the workforce. Our initiative is dedicated to giving voice to these women and advocating for meaningful change by:
We foster an environment where minority women, including those from LGBTQI+ communities, can develop the confidence to navigate and challenge systemic barriers.

We work closely with participants to ensure their placement aligns with their skills and career ambitions, welcoming women from all professional backgrounds and industries.
